Welcome our new Singapore Principals

Recently we welcomed two new members, Melissa-Anne Boschmans and Andrew Davidson, joining us as Principals in Singapore.

Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming two new members, Melissa-Anne Boschmans and Andrew Davidson, joining us as Principals in our amazing Singapore team.  

Prior to her role at LanciaConsult, Melissa was a Senior Manager at PwC Consulting SEA. Andrew has predominantly worked in Financial Services, with experience in the Pharmaceutical and Energy industries.  

When asked what interested them in the opportunity to work at LanciaConsult, Andrew replied ‘I loved the entrepreneurial mindset that was evident from my initial conversations with Lancia. They are open to new ideas, and the team is ambitious and optimistic enough to take risks. The opportunity to work with a varied selection of clients and technologies was also a big tick in the box’. Melissa joined Lancia as a referral through another Principal, explaining that Louise shared with her ‘the sense of community within the company’ and she was also impressed with the recent company growth and general growth mindset which shone-through in the initial conversations with the team.

When considering the opportunities that lay ahead within their roles, Andrew is looking forward to collaborating with clients and learning about their challenges to create innovative solutions. Melissa is excited about the prospect of expanding her industry knowledge and utilising it to continue evolving LanciaConsult, particularly around business process re-engineering, systems integration and data analytics.  

When asked about what they’re most looking forward to regarding the culture and opportunities at Lancia, Melissa replied ‘from an internal perspective, at the leadership level, the team is very open to all ideas and opportunities and the ability for us to influence and support the ongoing growth and effectiveness of our company. The team is very young, dynamic and passionate, which brings a natural enthusiasm to day-to-day work, which I have enjoyed so far’. When asked the same question Andrew responded that ‘It’s an exciting time at Lancia as we are committed to growing the company. It’s going to be enjoyable being part of that drive. I won’t be the newest face in the office for long. Due to the structure and size of the firm there is autonomy, meaning we can make decisions quickly and be nimble. This results in a fast-paced environment and allows us to be flexible with our offerings. There is plenty of opportunity here for personal professional growth and I’m learning something new every day’.  

We’re thrilled to have both of them on-board and can’t wait to see the #NewEnergy they contribute, both to Team Lancia, and our clients.
