Q&A with the latest additions to our fast-growing Jakarta team!
We’re delighted about our expanding team in Jakarta, Indonesia! Today, we spotlight three new consultants in Jakarta, sharing what drew them to Lancia Consult, their experience as new joiners, and even local food recommendations. Our warmest welcome to Savira, Rafi, and Luthfi, as they embark on this exciting new chapter with us!
Say hello to Savira!
Meet Savira Ramadhanti, our new Consultant with a background in Electrical Engineering and nearly four years of experience in the SaaS industry. She began her career in IT customer success at a web hosting company and has since developed a deep appreciation for the SaaS culture. This is Savira's first foray into consulting, and she's already finding it to be a rewarding experience.
Q: Share a fun fact about yourself!
A: I like watching animal-related content. I watch podcasts about animal conservation before going to sleep and once I volunteered at a wildlife rescue centre in Sulawesi.
Q: What initially attracted you to our Jakarta office?
A: I wanted to be part of Lancia Consult’s expansion in Jakarta. I also admire Lancia Consult’s collaborative culture and I’m excited to contribute to the team here.
Q: How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
A: I visited the Singapore office, participated in the LC12 retreat at Malacca to meet with the team, and ran 10k for Lancia 10/10.
I also assisted in:
- Marketing enhancement project for a government agency in Singapore
- NetSuite implementation for a multi-specialty private healthcare group
- E-invoice integration for a leading florist in Singapore
Q: Share one event or team activity you look forward to at the Jakarta office!
A: Most of the team here enjoys sports. Reza likes tennis, Dimas likes boxing, and I like going to the gym too, so we always do some sports activities together. We also love to hunt new places for lunch.
Say hello to Rafi!
Introducing Rafi Amjadrasyid, our new Technical Consultant. Having interned at our Singapore office, Rafi is no stranger to our team. He also brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as an ABAP Developer for the Material Management module at Accenture. Rafi's passion for consulting stems from his university days, when he founded a tech startup, engaging with potential users to understand their pain points and develop meaningful solutions.
Q: Share a fun fact about yourself!
A: I love skateboarding, riding, and feeling the gusts of wind in general.
Q: What initially attracted you to our Jakarta office?
A: I previously interned at Lancia Consult’s Singapore office and liked the atmosphere, and people (team), and felt like I grew a lot during my tenure. With the plans laid out by Alan (Managing Director, APAC) for the Jakarta office, I believe working at the Jakarta office will greatly escalate my professional career journey.
Q: What are you most excited about in your new role?
A: Building apps tailored to clients’ needs, delivering the solutions we created, and interacting with clients.
Q: Share one event or team activity you look forward to at the Jakarta office!
A: The team bonding activity at the end of the year!!
Say hello to Luthfi!
Meet Luthfi Musyaffa, our new Technical Consultant who brings a unique blend of experience from his three years working remotely in Technology Consulting and as a Software Engineer at a startup. While balancing his full-time job, Luthfi also pursued a degree in Information Systems in his hometown. After completing his bachelor's degree, he was drawn to consulting for the opportunity to interact with diverse people and tackle a variety of projects.
Q: Share a fun fact about yourself!
A: I love travelling! Every year, I try to go on a solo trip to a new country I have never visited before. Last year, it was a fun experience backpacking to Japan on my own for 2 weeks, visiting small cities and sleeping in a dormitory with strangers.
Q: Describe your favourite local dish in Jakarta.
A: Ketoprak! Ketoprak is a unique local dish in Jakarta, it’s filled with Rice Cake, Tofu, Vegetables, and sweet peanut sauce. The sweetness of the sauce seeping into the rice cake is delicious and refreshing.
Q: What initially attracted you to our Jakarta Office?
A: I found Lancia Consult through LinkedIn while applying for a few consulting jobs. After doing some research and chatting with the people here, I find it is a wonderful and enjoyable place to work. Located in one of Jakarta’s business districts, with many amazing clients, it is a great place to grow with everyone. The people and the culture are very nice, especially for a new joiner!
Q: How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
A: Starting a career at Lancia Consult is such an enjoyable experience. As a new joiner, I have been supporting the company from a technical perspective while also doing online courses provided by the company. Everyone here helps new joiners feel welcomed and comfortable!
