Our client wanted to establish a robust resilience programme to respond to the growing and escalating threat of cyber-attacks. The Challenge

Delivering a strategic approach to resilience in a company with thousands of operational locations and more than 100 applications presented a significant challenge.  

 

The objective was to enhance the company's ability to prevent, respond to, and recover from cyber-attacks. Given the diverse nature of applications across different regions, we faced the challenge of developing standards and procedures that allowed the client to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to achieving improved technology resilience and business continuity.  

 

Reducing the recovery time of critical applications was a paramount challenge due to the number and interconnectivity of these applications. We were committed to ensuring that these applications had secure backup processes in place and well-documented recovery plans, enabling a swift and coordinated recovery.
