Denajda Aliaj, Global IT Manager, Modern Workplace, Campari Group

The Challenge

Campari Group required more than a technology shift! They needed a fully-fledged transformation in ways of working across the entire company. They wanted to strengthen their cyber-resilience and take advantage of the unique opportunities and complexities of hybrid working.

We supported them in navigating a fragmented technology infrastructure, creating deep-rooted and long-lasting changes in ways of working, enabling collaboration while improving data security across all their global markets.

This change program required us to help the Campari Group adopt new, approved tools and embed new ways of working together and delivering culture and technology transformation across 22 global markets with a complex, multi-functional group HQ structure.

The Solution

We delivered a technology-enabled culture change program, focusing on two main objectives:

  • Empower people through new ways of working together
  • Transform data storage to enable greater security and collaboration

We developed a single market ‘pilot’ programme to ensure a good fit for Campari Group, allowing continuous learning and iteration throughout the 18-month rollout to deliver change on a tailored, market-by-market basis.

Some of the main achievements:

  • Boosted adoption of approved tools, helping people leverage corporate tools confidently and move away from shadow IT.
  • Embedded new ways of working together. Empowering people to use technology more effectively.
  • We partnered with data protection specialists, Bluesource to ensure a seamless transition from on-premise servers to the Microsoft-enabled cloud.
  • Delivered overall programme management and cultural change.

The Impact

Delivered to 22 markets and Campari Group’s HQ organisation:

  • More than 300 live learning sessions
  • Over 120 minutes of self-guided, micro-learning videos
  • More than 60 self-guided ‘how-to’ resources on an interactive learning platform

Campari Group has increased the security of over 50TB of working data while empowering over 4,000 employees with knowledge and tools to make the technology shift a marked improvement in efficiency. They are empowered to work more collaboratively than ever before while also doing so more safely. Over 80% of people who have gone through the program have acted and implemented their learnings.

The Campari Group is working more collaboratively, safely, and effectively than ever. Globally, Campari Group has added the learning program to their company-wide onboarding journey, and we continue supporting them every step of the way.
