The Challenge
Our client faced several challenges in achieving their B-Corp certification, including:
- Lack of carbon footprint tracking meant they could not measure or report their environmental impact.

The Solution
We used our ESG Tracking Tool to address these challenges through four key activities:
- Data Analysis: We gathered and analysed our client's expense and energy consumption records to calculate their Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions.
- Carbon Footprint Calculation: Using the data, we calculated our client's total carbon footprint, covering direct emissions, energy consumption, and their supply chain's environmental impact.
- Power BI Dashboard: We presented the carbon footprint information in a Power BI dashboard, providing our client with an interactive tool to track emissions and other relevant sustainability metrics.
- Insights for Reduction: The dashboard highlighted potential areas where our client could reduce emissions, offering actionable insights to improve sustainability.
