Before joining Lancia Consult, Wei Loong gained extensive experience in technology consulting and business innovation at Accenture, where he drove digital transformation, enterprise systems, and HR/finance solutions. He contributed to global SAP implementations, smart city projects, and big data initiatives. As Co-Founder of Deeptent, he harnessed emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions, building a strong foundation for his leadership in business and technology transformation.

Outside of work, Wei Loong enjoys playing badminton regularly, a sport that keeps him energised and focused. He has a keen interest in technology, particularly smart home systems and automation, and loves experimenting with innovative ways to simplify and enhance everyday life.
