Siraj leads our global Data & AI practice, partnering with clients to solve their data challenges. With over 20 years of experience, he has a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions across retail, finance, automotive, and technology sectors.

Starting with a deep technical focus in Business Intelligence and Data Management, Siraj rose through leadership roles at consulting firms like Slalom and Thorogood Associates, consistently delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex business challenges. A trusted advisor to C-level executives globally, he is known for his ability to combine technical insight with strategic vision, enabling clients to harness the power of Data Science and AI for transformative business outcomes.  

A post-graduate from IIIT-Bangalore, Siraj has continually invested in his learning, and his strong technical expertise has earned him a seat on advisory councils for leading Business Intelligence and Data platforms, where he has influenced product evolution and strengthened client offerings. Beyond technical delivery, Siraj is passionate about building and nurturing diverse, multicultural teams and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.  

Siraj is a musician outside of work, having composed music for TV and stage productions earlier in his career. These days, he focuses on performing with his local choir and making music with his family. Siraj is also an avid traveller, frequently exploring different cultures and perspectives to keep his problem-solving approach fresh and innovative.
