Robbie Adams

Robbie, a director based in our Bristol office, joined the team in 2022. He joined us from IBM, where he started his career as a degree apprentice, obtaining a degree from Exeter University. Robbie is a proud apprentice advocate and has dedicated time and passion to set up Lancia Consult's apprenticeship programme. Robbie chose to join our team after being inspired by our human approach to Consulting and hasn't looked back!

Robbie works across multiple sectors and has significant experience in financial services, logistics, and pharma. Robbie enjoys working on complex transformation programmes (the ones that keep you up at night!) and has recently led multiple cyber and resilience programmes.

Robbie is a proud UTC Portsmouth Board of Trustees member, enjoying the opportunity to drive technical education and support alternative routes into work. Robbie can be found outside of work playing or coaching Basketball, following Arsenal Football Club or playing Padel.
