Melissa-Anne is a director at Lancia Consult, overseeing the development of our business capabilities in everything Data - from Analytics and Automation to Enterprise Performance Management. With a solid grounding in actuarial science and statistics and experience across sectors like tech, financial services, education, government, and the public sector, she ensures that our transformation programmes are impactful and practical.

Born and raised in South Africa, she understands that change doesn't happen overnight and there can be many challenges, but this should not stop us from trying to grow and improve. At her core, Melissa-Anne values data-driven clarity. She believes in harnessing numbers in a way that makes intuitive sense to support leaders in making smarter, quicker business decisions.  

Beyond the work realm, she often indulges in aerial fitness activities for a change of pace and enjoys travelling. Each trip, each new encounter, subtly shapes her approach, adding a dimension to her perspective.
