Jonny McCormick

Jonny is a Lancia Consult Europe senior director and leads the People and Organisation consulting practice. As an accidental management consultant, Jonny started working as a North Belfast Youth & Community Development Worker. He quickly realised that many of these skills were transferrable from the local community centre to boardrooms worldwide and went on to develop his craft as a People & Organisation consultant at PwC. In 2021, Jonny met with several members of the Lancia Consult team, and the offer of building our Belfast office was too tempting to say no to.

At the heart of it all, Jonny loves working with people. That includes partnering with our clients to grapple with interesting and complex challenges, developing our people internally, helping them grow and develop, and making Lancia Consult a place where people love to work.  

Outside of work, Jonny can be found trying to stop his two incredibly active children from injuring themselves or one another (they just run and climb everything) or trying to convince himself that using the Peloton for a spin class is a good thing (even if his head spins more than his legs). At the end of the day, he loves to try and stay awake on the sofa with a good podcast, book, or rerun of The West Wing.
