Isabella Jeng

Isabella is responsible for leading our global people strategy. She works closely with senior leaders to build and retain a diverse team that embodies our business values and delivers exceptional service to our clients. Isabella is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where our people can grow and thrive.

With a unique cultural background as a German-born Chinese, Isabella began her consulting career at Accenture, specialising in the Life Sciences sector and leading multiple global transformational projects before founding Lancia Consult.  As one of the founders, Isabella established the business in Singapore in 2012 after returning from maternity leave. Together with her husband, Jeff, they have grown the firm into a thriving, multi-country, sector-agnostic, and multi-disciplinary consulting organisation.  

Now residing in Hamburg, Germany, with Jeff and their daughter, Isabella, is also actively involved in supporting refugees as they integrate into their new German communities. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and watercolour painting, as well as spending time with her family — all of which are among her greatest passions.
