Harriet is Head of People for Lancia Consult Europe, based in Bristol, but focused on building our high-performing team across all European locations. Harriet is a people person who is committed to making a positive difference. She is passionate about nurturing growth and success across our diverse team. She's established innovative development programmes and promotes a supportive and inclusive work environment to ensure that our people have challenges and opportunities and live through great experiences – it's our culture.

Harriet's belief that 'people are the organisation' has motivated her to pursue a career in HR. Outside of work, Harriet is either tasting her way through the Bristol food scene or escaping down to Devon to get her fix of the sea.
