Esther is our Head of People for APAC. Her journey with us began in 2022, following a trail of success in talent and organisation development at TikTok, ByteDance, and Deloitte. With a heart driven by empathy and a mission to empower others, she's a leading HR professional, specialising in talent management, learning solutions, employee experience, and strength coaching.  

Esther's passion extends to nurturing a people-first culture where individuals can make a meaningful impact on the business, society, and their own lives. She's a versatile leader with experience spanning APAC's tech, FMCG, and professional services industries. Esther's expertise is a catalyst for creating workplaces where people flourish, all while keeping work fun, professional, and deeply meaningful.  

Outside of work, you can find her engaging with young adults in her community, extending her passion for growth beyond office walls.
