Darryl Petticrew

Darryl is a director in our Belfast office and a leader in our European digital transformation practice. He is invested in our clients and loves supporting them in navigating their most complex challenges and confidently bringing practical experience to lead them through end-to-end delivery.  

Darryl joined the team in early 2023 from Deloitte UK, where he specialised in leading global digital & HR transformation programmes as part of the Human Capital practice. Over the past 15 years, he's developed a varied experience, starting his career in the third sector, spending some time in professional sport, leading construction projects across Northern Ireland on behalf of the government and delivering various transformation programmes at Deloitte before moving to Lancia Consult.  

Outside of work, Darryl is passionate about sports and education. He has worked as a non-executive director with Sport Northern Ireland and is currently on the Board of Directors at Basketball Northern Ireland. Darryl is a proud alumnus of St. Malachy's College Belfast and sits on the school's Development Committee, supporting investment plans for the school. He has a busy family life with his wife, two children and two energetic dogs, keeping him on his toes!
