Alan Ang

Alan is the Managing Director of the Lancia Consult APAC team and the driving force behind their operations. With a career spanning over 16 years, Alan's leadership has steered team APAC towards remarkable client growth, revenue, and team expansion. His extensive expertise encompasses business development, technology advisory, global programme management, and complex system integration. Alan holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and works extensively across the region.  

Alan's consulting journey has been impressive, from spearheading business expansion across Asia-Pacific to orchestrating complex technology initiatives. Alan's versatile skills extend from advising senior clients on strategic business and technology decisions to hands-on project management in diverse industries, including mining, government, logistics, manufacturing, education, real estate, and technology. He is passionate about helping clients grow their business and nurturing the team.  

Alan resides in Singapore with his family and enjoys spending time with his three children. In addition to work and family, Alan loves running and connecting with friends over wine.
