We shared some insightful statistics, such as:

1. Organisations implementing AI early can achieve cost savings of 15-20% (Deloitte).  
2. Companies using AI for decision-making experience a 25% improvement in decision-making speed and accuracy (Gartner).  
3. Organisations implementing AI early achieve 30-40% higher operational efficiency (McKinsey).  

Our client at Campari Group, Denajda Aliaj, shared some details about their AI success story when they introduced the Microsoft AI tool, Copilot, into their global business. Denajda shared some significant productivity improvements achieved through Copilot adoption at Campari Group. Including:  

• 82% of users are saving about 2 hours per week
• 91% agreed that Copilot helps them get a good draft faster
• 78% agreed that Copilot helps them take action after a meeting
• 86% agreed that Copilot helps them improve the quality of their work

We learned that leaders feel the pressure and urgency to use AI but that many are struggling to show ROI on AI initiatives.  

• 98% of companies have felt an increased urgency over the past year around AI deployment.  
• Yet, according to Cisco and Gartner, despite this rapid innovation, nearly half of CIOs report that AI hasn't met ROI expectations.
