Sustainability Month 2023

See the highlights of Sustainability Month, designed to inspire our employees and embrace sustainable practices.

We are excited to share the highlights of our own Sustainability Month organised by brilliant Singapore Principal, Louise Broderick.

Our primary goal of this initiative was to inspire our employees to shift their perspectives on the environment and embrace sustainable practices. By fostering a culture of eco-consciousness, we aimed to encourage our employees to think differently, cultivate greener habits, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Here's what we been doing:
  • ‘Sustainability Smackdown’ - A weekly challenge that rewards points to team members who carry out activities as part of sustainable living. The idea is to snap a pic and post it in our Slack channel to celebrate any “good sustainability deed” - things like taking public transport, having a vegan meal or using a reusable cup; the small things all add up!
  • Sustainability Mini Lab - Sustainability advisor, Mun Wei Chan shared with us how to talk about ESG with our clients, increasing awareness in this space.
  • Visit to Sustainable Singapore Gallery - Sustainability has always been integral to Singapore's development. The team visited the Sustainable Singapore Gallery to learn about insightful initiatives including water management, recycling, and waste reduction.
  • Planting trees – We joined our wonderful clients to plant trees together, as part of the OneMillionTrees movement initiated by NParks in Singapore which aims to plant a million more trees over the next 10 years.

“At Lancia we believe that true change begins within ourselves. Sustainability Month serves as a powerful reminder for all of us to take responsibility for our actions and make conscious choices that positively impact the environment and having fun while doing so.”

Louise Broderick – Principal

We are proud of the progress made during this month and look forward to continuing our sustainability journey.
